Cet excellent arrangement de Stefan Schwalgin rassemble quatre chansons emblématiques de l’opéra : Summertime I Got Plenty o' Nuttin’ It Ain’t Necessarily So et Bess You Is My Woman Now .

for violin-This is a wonderful collection of klezmer music inspired by the Jewish dances and songs of the klezmorim from Eastern Europe - from the lyrical HORA to the fast compelling FREILACH. Some of the pieces have a second part ad libitum - for playingtogether or for variation in a repeat. For the accompaniment chord symbols have been added and on the included CD there are complete versions as well as play-along versions of all pieces played live by genuine klezmer musicians.

For Une Belle Histoire Roland Kernen took his inspiration from the seventies French singer and composer Michel Fugain and his troop of singers and dancers known as “Le Big Bazar”. The cheerful melodic line of his 1972 hit Une belle histoire lends itself perfectly for brass band. Add a little French charm to any concert with this throwback to the hippy period of the early seventies.
