What can I say about the Aspirin cufflink that has not already been said? It's a classic. The internationally renowned cufflink that led to me being crowned by the press as the 'King of Cufflinks' in the nineties. Rhodium plated precision turned brass made in the UK, it features a handy screw top to hold your headache pills. Functional fashion at its finest!

Here we have an exquisite expertly constructed cufflink in a sober combination of magical haematite and onyx forming a centrifugal, vortex type pattern with a cheery sparkling Swarovski clear crystal centre. Very suave and versatile with a nice weight and feel.

Semi-precious egg in sodalite is a beautiful royal blue marbled with white and off white to reddish brown inclusions. Features a swivel back finding and has nice weight. Sodalite was first described in 1811 for the occurrence in its type locality in the Ilimaussaq complex, Narsaq, West Greenland. Occurring typically in massive form, sodalite is found as vein fillings in plutonic igneous rocks such as nepheline syenites. It is associated with other minerals typical of undersaturated environments, namely leucite, cancrinite and natrolite. Other associated minerals include nepheline, titanian andradite, aegirine, microcline, sanidine, albite, calcite, fluorite, ankerite and baryte. We have hand carved it into an elegant, lustrous cufflink which will elevate and add intrigue to any double-cuff shirt

Cog is a new design here rendered in hard-wearing gunmetal - a type of bronze. We like gunmetal for its subtle depth and sense of masculinity. This is another piece inspired by the work of Buckminster Fuller - particularly perhaps his most famous design: the geodesic dome. Fuller said when I'm working on a problem I never think about beauty. But when I've finished if the solution is not beautiful I know it's wrong. Which I think is a wonderful insight into the creative process. This is an interesting concept, a unique variation form Swarovski. The pink crystal contains a precision formed bubble made by injecting air into the crystal as it forms. The ingeniously crafted design brings to mind frozen water, with mysteriously encapsulated air bubbles forming a perfectly geometrical, flower-like shape within. It gives a nice experience of playful, intriguing depth. Measuring 12mm square this is a playful piece in which I have allowed the material to speak for itself. Slightly frivolous perhaps, but nevertheless elegant and unobtrusively graceful for occasional wear to add to your collection.
