Wouldn't it be great if, in that heart-in-mouth grip-clip moment, you knew that at least the quickdraw was on your side? When DMM designed the Alpha Clip they were determined to produce a super, clip friendly biner. The bent gate, with its flared-out barrel shape works in perfect harmony with the kinked and groove-patterned back bar. It just feels so right, handles so well, and most importantly the rope always goes in first time. Try it out and you'll see.The Alpha Clip is what makes the Alpha Sport Quickdraw which combines the Alpha Pro at the bolt/peg end and the Alpha Clip left to handle the rope.A sport quickdraw can get a lot of abuse, particularly on redpoints where repeated falls are taken; with this in mind DMM made a robust sling section to suit the situation. The 26mm variable width nylon gives the perfect set up, it is easy to grab if you are bolt-to-bolting your way up to the belay during a redpoint practice session. The sling also tapers down to a neat 16mm ensuring it sits securely in the crook of the biner and always loads correctly.

A classic all round wire gate biner with a lightweight I-Beam construction, the Spectre 2 is made with an easy to handle back shape and generous rope radius. The nose profile has been modified to protect the gate and the rope basket (the crook at the top where the rope runs) is deeper, so safer. As quickdraws are so routinely made up with weight-saving skinny dyneema tape nowadays, the shape has been tweaked to accomodate this, ensuring it's aligned correctly. Basically you get a great biner which has been fine tuned to be even better: big enough for gloved winter hands, tough enough to rely on, but still light enough to carry a rack of them up day-long multipitches. The Quickdraw set places a Spectre 2 at either end of an 11mm Dyneema sling.

The efficient forged points penetrate hard ice better, with less vibration, and offer the opportunity to combine vertical and horizontal axis, making this crampon suitable to many climbing disciplines. The low profile of the crampon frame places the climber's foot closer to rock or ice, and is less prone to balling up. The New-Matic binding features a plastic harness system that is hinged from two front posts which retain to the boot securely even if it has a shallow, worn front welt or overboots are being used. The harness is made from the strongest, most durable plastic available, developed for the manufacture of alpine ski bindings.

A classic 12-point crampon designed for general mountaineering, alpinism, mixed ice and rock climbing, and moderate waterfall routes. The four points that are perpendicular to the crampon rails, prevent shearing in soft snow and improve security while descending (facing outward). The crampons are fully adjustable by hand, without tools and one size fits all. G12 is easily folded for transportation. The G12 crampon is delivered with the Antibott included.

A new generation of crampons. Ten points in contact with ice while you?re walking, 12 that bite into the slope during traverses. This has been made possible because the third pair of points are shorter and wider apart. On top of this the last two front points have a double angulation to maintain bite when descending or traversing sideways. The crampons points are short and designed for the new requirements of ?mixed modern?s? alternating ice and rock. Sharp points are ideal for anchoring on ice ?cauliflowers? and when in traction or adherence. Even the soles of the most modern boots are perfectly covered. Semi-rigid model in one adjustable size. The bar can be regulated by hand, in two different lengths. These New versions have a new binding made in ?bi-components? giving greater efficiency and lightness. It is really an ?all seasons? crampon, very light and takes up a minimum of space as it folds up completely on itself.

DMM's flagship go-anywhere, climb-anything harness has been updated: a few minor tweaks have been made, but the bits that made it so popular have been left alone, resulting in the Rengade 2.0.There's no way DMM would have got rid of the floating waist design: all seven gear loops stay centrally positioned regardless of how many layers you're wearing, without the need for two buckles. To round off, the Renegade 2.0 Harness is fitted with light-yet-tough rear elastics and belay loop, as well as safe, simple to use Slide Lock buckles all round.Everything great about the Renegade, with even more refinement. The adze version of the Fly is a hugely popular tool that performs extremely well on all sorts of terrain, from arm wilting icefalls, to tricky mixed routes and alpine summits. The straight lower section of the shaft plunges easily into snow, while the curved upper section saves your knuckles from getting bashed and allows reachy placements over the top of ice cauliflowers or turfy bulges. It's fitted with a T rated pick as standard, which means it is robust enough to cope with the rigours of modern mixed climbing and with a lower hand rest which provides support and a upper rest which enables leashless climbing.
