Voici un mur d'enceinte avec une petite maison à droite et une petite maison à gauche, au milieu d'un champ. Rien de plus. Les petites maisons sont les poignées, le mur est le rebord pour ne rien faire tomber. C'est un Plateau. En bois de bambou. Un paysage. Un peu rustique, un peu frugal, un peu agricole, un peu rural, un peu paysan, il a l'air d'être une parabole. La métaphore du bon semeur : Il trouve un beau terrain, le laboure, enlève les pierres. Avec les pierres il construit une enceinte, une petite maison pour les outils, une petite maison pour conserver la récolte. Quelle récolte ? ... les rêves... les fantaisies... les imaginations... les amours... les souvenirs... les désirs...

The collection “Dressed in wooden”, designed by Marcel Wanders, consists of a personal Breakfast board, a serving board, two trays, a cheese board, a cake stand, a domed cover in clear thermoplastic resin with woodenen knob and a big round centrepiece. “Dressed in wooden” is a collection made by artisans in Valle Strona, where the production of woodenen artefacts is documented as far back as the sixteenth century. This Valley drops down to Lake Orta, where Alessi is headquartered. Hand made in Italy
