The music then begins its journey through timbre and tone colours starts developing melodies complementing rhythms and interesting chords that all represent the creation of something new. Strong dissonances hint at the turmoil that existed while moments of beauty signify balance arriving at various parts of the universe. These contrasting events create a very engaging and exciting musical montage of The Big Bang and what happened next.

O Take My Hand Dear Father-This celebrated song is based on a poem by Julie Hausmann (1826-1901) a Latvian teacher who was probably blind. The text draws on her personal experience and unshakeable faith in God death and eternal life. The melody by Friedrich Silcher is written in a simple and delicate style but also draws on the grand romantic tradition of Wagner and Bruckner. This arrangement can also be performed with a mixed choir. The choir parts are in German.

No other work by Mozart is so enshrouded in myth as his final composition the D-minor Requiem. Mozart died before its completion and the missing sections had to be added by others. The many handwritten copies circulated after his death added to the corruption of the text by contributing errors of their own. Now Peters is publishing a new urtext edition of this staple of the choral repertoire edited by David Black. The edition relies on Mozart's composition and the traditional completion by Franz Xaver Sussmayr. For the first time however it incorporates sources previously unavailable to earlier editions including the Neue Mozart-Ausgabe.
