The gear on the Uno is adjustable and has 3 different positions to fit different needs. The Uno allows for an easy self massage on the back of the neck as well as all over the body.

The Type A+ has all the features of the Type A but with added Surface Skin Technology (SST) that gives a softer and more tactile feel to the massage.

The Fly has 2 different density gears, one with SST and the other without SST for a harder massage. Both gears may be used at the same time or a focused massage can be used with either gear.
