The Bushido is the interactive Smart trainer with the most powerful resistance unit. It's electric motor brake, with a maximum resistance of 1400 Watts, ensures smooth pedalling, even during steep climbs. The Bushido is extremely user-friendly. Instead of training with a handlebar computer you can connect the trainer to the Tacx Cycling apps quickly and easily. If you also want to train with a PC or laptop, you can purchase the Upgrade Smart. The Bushido powers itself and is therefore completely wireless, it doesn't even need a power cable. Just like the other Smart trainers, the Bushido uses ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart technology to communicate with the connected device. You can attach your tablet or smartphone to your handlebar with the Tacx bracket for tablets (optional).

The NEO Smart offers the best in power and intelligence and is the quietest indoor trainer currently available on the market. The lack of any physical transmissions means this is the first true direct drive. Road feel is simulated in a highly realistic manner, there is no loss of power. The powerful motor is able to apply resistance up to 2200 Watt and simulate slopes realistically up to 25%. It also speeds up during descents. This ensures the most realistic cycling experience, also during climbs. The lack of any physical transmission, and in turn any parts that could rattle or rub against each other, ensures this trainer is extremely quiet. In addition, this trainer requires no calibration and suffers no wear and tear. Just like other Smart trainers, the NEO communicates using ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart, allowing it to be connected quickly and easily with Tacx apps. Performance data can be viewed on several devices simultaneously, including your smartphone, bike computer and sports watch. When the NEO Smart isn’t connected to a smartphone, tablet or computer, it behaves as a fluid trainer. This means the trainer behaves progressively: when your speed increases, the resistance increases as well. So it is possible to use this trainer in a “stand-alone” status. Furthermore, the Tacx NEO features Plug in/Plug out technology and can therefore be used with and without a plug. Use the plug for an optimal cycling feeling, especially during your start. Also the trainer will be not be able to speed up during descents. So you can use this trainer anytime and anywhere, even when you don’t have your smartphone with you.

When we combined Smart technology with a direct drive trainer, the indoor training experience was elevated to a totally new experience level. The global response to the NEO has been phenomenal and this has fuelled our desire to develop a range of trainers that will make this training experience available to a larger group of cycling enthusiasts. The result is highly functional, capable and intuitive device with its own distinctive silhouette. The FLUX is a fully interactive Smart trainer, that connects you to all your favourite apps. Hosting the dual band ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth technology, it communicates with and can be controlled by any device of your choice. The responsive Smart electronics make sure that the smallest fluctuation in power settings is converted into an alteration in resistance, making sure that each watt is transferred accurately to your body. The desire to create an accessible direct drive has meant designing a whole new product. The best riders are able to produce 850 watts for 1 minute, or maintain 450 watts for 20 minutes. The FLUX has been designed to deliver exactly these power values and is thus more than capable of fulfilling the needs of the average cyclist. Driven by 8 strong electro magnets the FLUX is even able to generate a stunning 1500 watts during a sprint. The trainer feels very smooth due to its 7 kilogram flywheel. The FLUX has a simple calibration process ensuring tension and power measurements, accurate within 5%, whilst the products internal structure has been tuned to simulate a true road feel. This inner structure has also meant developing a new outer design: a casing that covers and complements the product whilst honouring the looks of its bigger brother. Its compact design clearly differentiates the FLUX from other indoor trainers whilst subtly being a family member of the NEO, with the same stealth-like form language and durable, sophisticated finish. The FLUX has been designed to complement Tacx’s direct drive assortment beautifully and it can be seen as the most accessible interactive Smart direct drive trainer to date.

The Tacx trainer mat protects your floor and reduces noise. The mat has a non-slip coating and additional reinforcing to prevent damage when getting on and off your bike. Easy to fold in and lightweight
