The tough, reliable and capable Five has been a loyal member of the Orange range for a long time, and last updated a year and a half ago it was due a rejuvenation. Orange have absolutely not let us down. By lowering the shock in the frame leading the way to a more compact rear, Orange have drastically improved the shock’s ramp up giving the refreshed Five Pro a really active feel. They didn’t stop there. By adding extra strength-forming features to all the major frame assemblies they have also improved resistance to lateral flex and twisting forces. Boost sizing at the rear hub and an extra 6mm in the pivot spacing has made room for more tyre clearance and with Internal Dropper Routing included, Orange have given you the flexibility to add a dropper seat post without disrupting the clean lines of the bike. This stylish bike handles well at speed, helped by a longer toptube and wheelbase, and fitted with Shimano Deore disc brakes you don’t need to worry about slowing down either. The optimum blend of price, specification and performance make the Pro the perfect choice for the trail-hardened rider.

Replacing the Alpine 160 in the Orange range, we are excited to introduce the Alpine 6. Taking all of the incredible performance of the 160 and re-engineering it they have revamped every aspect of this bikes performance. Featuring the compact rear end first debuted on their Four model, Orange have managed to shorten the chainstay significantly and repositioned the pivot. This results in a rear triangle that is much more active. By lowering the shock in the chassis they have also further improved ramp-up making this stylish bike more active over small bumps and inspiring confidence over the really rough stuff. With neat finishing touches including an internally routed KS Cruxi Integra dropper post and a frame that is even more lightweight than its predecessor every element of this bike has been analysed and optimised. With a handbuilt British frame the Alpine 6 oozes quality.*The components in this picture vary from the product. Please check product features for the product specification.

With an updated geometry for 2017, this latest Crush S features a frame with forward-pushed features to enhance the fun factor of your ride. Function isn't forgotten, though; the 150mm travel fork and 65° head angle mean you can push the Crush hard. The 2017 model still features the bolt-through axle on the rear triangle for stability and strength, plus a long toptube design. Short chainstays make climbing that little bit easier and with tyre clearance for 2.4 tyres you can easily ride on a chunkier wheel. The seat clamp slot faces away from the path of wheel spray and the headtube is a more compact 44mm version, whilst cable routing is kept neat with cable bosses tucked under the toptube. All these carefully considered tweaks contribute to a bike that is more than equipped to tackle rough and wet terrain.
