Very large 4200mm x 3000mm carpet from the famous Isfahan area of Iran (Isfahan is a world heritage site) and is known for making the finest wool carpets anywhere in the world today. Made in the 60's this is in exceptional condition and is a typical design of this era. As one would expect of a carpet from this area it contains a very symetrical design around a central motif and surrounded with vines. It is handknotted wool with silk highlights. Can be delivered personally and tried in situ anywhere in the UK. Shipping costs to be determined by location of purchaser - but would be at least cost.
