You'll learn a new awareness of the great outdoors on our 2-day course, set in some of the UK's most beautiful landscapes. Under the watchful eye of a forces trained instructor, you'll set snares for food, send up a distress signal, carry out basic first aid and much, much more. You will spend two days being taught all aspects of survival and safety techniques and sleeping in tents and shelters. By the end of the course you will have covered subjects such as navigation and safety, edible plants, improvised weapons, fishing techniques, water purification, distress signals, fire lighting by friction, shelter and food preparation. You'll be taught how to use a pistol, the Secret Agent's weapon of choice, and then test your skills with quick-draw techniques in a VIP protection scenario You'll fire machine guns on our Close Quarter Battle area, apply precision shooting through the powerful telescopic sight of our sniper rifles, try your skill at axe throwing. You'll also receive some expert instruction on un-armed combat techniques, useful when you're cornered by enemy agents! The action moves onto the stadium circuit; this is genuine evasive driving instruction and you'll be shown how to manoeuvre and control the car Spy Games style, and we expect to wear out the tyres! You're behind the wheel and carrying out J-turns, and anti-ambush drills. Then there's the drive-in shooting range - compete with friends, colleagues and fellow agents as you skid to a halt, shoot the targets movie shoot-out style from the car, and then speed off again against the clock. Countless numbers of people are lost in Britain's hills and mountains every year. You shouldn't even consider going into real wilderness if you can't read a map properly. Unfortunately, many do. If you want to spread your wings and learn to navigate properly, come to us. Once we have covered the theory, it's all practical in the Cambrian Mountains. Your standard of map reading will dramatically improve and will give you new confidence and ability to explore the wild, safe in the knowledge that you know where you are.

Climbing over walls, balancing on beams, and diving through tube slides is all part of the challenge. Think fast, play hard and you will conquer the assault course. An assault course can vary wildly but generally includes two parallel lanes of specially designed obstacles including: walls, balance beams, seesaws, crawl nets, under over bars, river crossings (depending on season) and much more. It is tremendous for fitness and fun. This course is suitable for everyone and your instructor will tailor the approach and alter emphasis to suit your needs.

Subjects include learning about the safe use of cutting tools, shelter construction, fire lighting, water purification, edible plants and wild food.

Bushcraft is all about using the natural environment to survive. Ray Mears and Bear Grylls have made bushcraft a very popular experience and this is your chance to learn some basic skills in bushcraft. There is a lot in the great outdoors that can help you survive. Whether you're in the woods or stuck in open fields, there is always something close by to offer shelter and food. This experience includes building your own shelters and other survival skills using natural materials found in the area. This survival experience will consist of the group getting to know the local flora and fauna and using these to help build shelter and getting back to basics.

Have you ever fancied carrying out a daring mission to rescue a hostage held by villains? The training is now available with our Hostage Rescue Experience. After the initial introduction and briefing from your SWAT leader, you’ll be taught the skills and techniques to carry out the perfect hostage rescue!! You’ll be shown how to use blank firing pistols and incorporate magazine changes and handling skills. Assault tactics will include room clearance drills, rescue tactics and use of pyrotechnics. Also included are vehicle hold ups where your team will take part in holding up a gangs van or stolen security truck and escaping with the hostage unharmed.
