What is Bobsleigh? Put simply, it's two or four members trying to get a bobsleigh down to the bottom of an icey track as quick as possible. It begins by pushing the bob off the start and everyone quickly getting in. This is the most important part of the run as a lot of time can be lost. During an Olympic run the bob can achieve speeds approaching 90mph and the passengers can pull up to 6g in the corners! The same as Formula 1 cars! Once in, the crew keep their heads down, forming a compact surface with minimum drag until they reach the end, when they can finally catch their breath. On the day the high performance coaches will guide you through the skills and strategies required for the 'Formula One' of ice sports to make your experience exhilarating, fun, and safe. The session starts with an introduction to the simulated bob run, then it's a thorough safety briefing. Once you are kitted out with the correct safety gear, it's out to the track to learn the sport and techniques used. You will have a trial run on the 'start facility' first built for athletes to train for the Salt Lake City Olympics. And since then has been instrumental in developing the GB World Champion women's bob team and Gold, Silver and Bronze Olympic medals for the GB women bob skeleton athletes. The start facility is a true replica and although it is not on ice, you can achieve speeds of up to 30 mph (total track length is approximately 60m - this is not a full length track and there will be up to 3 other participants in the bobsleigh with you). You will have a chance to get plenty of practice on 2 and 4 man, before being put to the test on the timed runs.

Gorge walking is where you follow a stream or small river, not just its general course, but the actual flow of the water. And not just by walking alongside it but actually by being in it! At times you will be tackling streams just a foot or so deep, but you may be forced to swim through rougher water. The real fun starts when you encounter a waterfall: there's no question of going round, you just have to jump. This is a fun day for all those brave enough. The day will begin with an instructor going over the safety aspects of the experience and also the planned route. The experienced instructors will guide your group down the steep gorge wearing wetsuits and harnesses to navigate pools of water and steep waterfalls.

You may not have had any driving lessons yet, but this is certainly a special way of experiencing your first time behind the wheel of a car. But not just any car, this is a Ferrari and a Group N Rally car. Ferrari is the most well known manufacture of performance cars in the world with a history that is rich with trophies from all motorsports and this is your chance to drive one for real. Not only that but you'll be able to have a go at rallying. This is all about car control as you'll no doubt find out that these cars are difficult to handle on a loose gravel stage. Your experience will begin with a 10 minutes welcome and safety briefing on driving techniques. As this will probably be the first time you get to drive a car, you will first spend 10 minutes in a performance car so you understand gear changing, brakes and steering. After you have understood this, one of the instructors will take you out for four familiarisation laps in a performance training car. Then it's your turn to drive the Ferrari for four sensational laps. In the afternoon you will attend another briefing on safe gear changing, braking and steering on loose surfaces. Then it's onto your first session in the Group N Rally Car so you can get used to all of the controls. After this will be a second driving session which will combine all aspects of driving on loose surfaces. At the end you will be rewarded with an individual driving certificate. If you're not interested in bombing around a track in a Ferrari then why not try your hand at the skillful sport of off-roading. There is nothing like riding up an impossibly steep hill and finding all you can see out of the front window is sky. During the experience you can expect to learn how to tackle steep inclines, use the engine to keep a constant speed down hills and see just how a big off roader with big grippy tyres can go just about anywhere. After a short, informative briefing session, you will drive a 4x4 vehicle around steep-sided valleys. Then you will move on to drive a fully caged and modified Land Rover 90 Defender on a Jungle run. Finally, it will be time to take one of the purpose-built fully caged 4x4 trials buggies over a course too challenging for a standard-bodied 4x4 vehicle.

By spending the day with professional instructors, they will help you develop your practical and creative skills. You won't be overloaded with jargon or rules as there are no rules to photography! By the end of the workshop you are guaranteed to feel confident and imaginative enough to produce amazing photographs. To make the most of your experience, the instructors will be at hand to answer any questions you may have weeks or even months after your course. This is a fantastic 25 minute aerobatic flight in which you will be shown the first aerobatic manoeuvres, invented almost 100 years ago. See how the loop and the roll were invented by the first stunt pilots before the First World War and see how it all started, in a bi-plane designed more than 75 years ago. All aerobatic flights are with an experienced instructor and include a comprehensive preflight briefing where all of the controls will be explained. Once you are airborne your instructor will demonstrate the aerobatic manoeuvres and allow you the opportunity to fly the aircraft yourself.

Leave behind your office day to day life and go on a hill walk around the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Snowdonia is a region in north Wales and the national park covers 838 square miles. Mountains such as Snowdonia, Cader Idris Aran and the Berwyn's make up the landscape. This is a truly memorable and uplifting day of adventure which will start in a remote part of the park and include some spectacular sights. On the morning you will meet your guide and be given an introduction to the day. The duration of the walk is five to six hours, during this period you will be expected to carry your own rucksack.
