Take part in this fantastic Western Adventure Day, as you learn about the western-style of riding and help to prepare the horses for a day trailing the New Forest. On this experience you'll be riding in a Western saddle. Western saddles are mainly used for western riding, for working horses throughout the United States and they're the choice of saddle for cowboys. They are designed to provide security and comfort for all riders on long journeys, especially over rugged terrain. Your working day starts at 9am with a coffee, a bacon sarny and an introduction by the Trail Leaders. The first task of the day is grooming and getting to know your horse. You'll be shown how to fit headcollars and how to 'lead' and 'rack up' on the yard. Finish by tacking up your horse before stopping for a quick coffee break. After coffee it's time to mosey down to one of the arenas for a western riding lesson, where you'll be taught the basics of western-style. Lunchtime is for horses and riders alike, so after ensuring that your mount has hay and water, it's time to sit down to a sizzling 'Chicken and Steak' BBQ lunch. After lunch set off to ride into the wide blue yonder on a Western Trail into the new Forest. Beginners are welcome on all western rides since only gentle paces are used. The trail takes you across the plains where you will ride amongst the free roaming wild forest ponies, foals and cattle, and then on into several of the forest enclosures where, with a bit of luck, you may catch a glimpse of the Forest Deer or one of the other inhabitants of the woods. Finally the day winds up back at the ranch where the horses need untacking and a good rub down before hay and feeds. That done, you get the chance to sit down with plenty of hot coffee and a doughnut or you can help turn the horses back out into their fields for a good roll and a play before they settle down to munch the grass.

From the comfort of the bespoke race pod, watch your progress on the large 2.4 meter wide screen as you experience the same tracks as an F1 race car driver, using top quality equipment that allows you to be completely immersed in the simulation. Take a hold of the Momo designed steering wheel, which uses a force feedback system to give an amazingly authentic feeling, which includes shift paddles similar to those found on modern Formula 1 cars. Break using the specially designed pedals which use Grande Prix strength brake springs. Watch your track on the super high resolution LCD screen, and let yourself be absorbed by the life-like visuals. To complete the audio visual experience, you will be wearing top quality headphones so you may hear such sounds as the levels of grip, engine condition, and the approach of your competition rivals! You will start your experience with a full briefing, before getting fitted into the seat of your race pod and led onto the virtual circuit. You will receive three 20 minute sessions behind the wheel which you may use as you wish, either to practice getting to grips with the track using the Open Practice sessions or to record your best time for the Monthly Hot Lap competition. The virtual pit lane remains open throughout the experience, so when you are not driving, you and your friends can have access to the race facilities which include a licensed bar, and a big screen viewing area.

Aerobatic flight, or to give it it's earlier name, stunt flying, is probably one of the most exciting of flying experiences around. You may have seen some of the manoeuvres at air shows and now is your chance to experience the G-forces as you pull stunts in the air. This is definitely not for the faint hearted. During this flight you'll learn how to do a loop and a roll, the two manoeuvres which are the basis for all aerobatic flight. All aerobatic flights are with an experienced instructor and include a comprehensive preflight briefing where all of the controls will be explained. Once airborne your instructor will demonstrate the aerobatic manoeuvres and allow you the opportunity to fly the aircraft yourself. Please note this flight lasts 20 to 25 minutes depending on location.

Archery is a fun sport that has been around for centuries. The bow and arrow was once a weapon of war but is now used for recreational use. You need a lot of patience and a steady hand to get the bulls eye with this experience. The experience will begin with a safety briefing and the rules of when to fire and when to collect arrows. Then it will be time to start aiming for that centre target.

The British Canoe Union's 1-star award is designed to be the first step in becoming a paddler. You'll be learning the personal paddle stokes needed to control a kayak through the water, the safety aspects of kayaking, capsize procedures and the theory behind the sport. Don't worry if this sounds a bit daunting, the course can be taken without any prior experience and is a lot of fun. During the course you will gain all the relevant skills and theory needed for the assessment such as: safety awareness, equipment selection, launching and recovering, steering and controlling, kayaking theory, capsize drills and using spray decks.

If you think the normal forward facing bungee jump is a little bit too normal, then why not try the backward facing bungee jump too. Facing forwards you can see where you are going. This 's a completely different story facing the other way. Knowing your falling but not being able to see where you're going can be very disconcerting and only the bravest will be able to do this when the instructor says, '3, 2, 1...Bungee!' Your jump will normally be from a mobile crane of approximately 160 feet. Whilst you are waiting there is plenty to watch! Your friends or family may, if they wish, ride in the cage with you for a charge per person, payable on the day. Please enquire on registration. Fly through the sky and feel the thrill as you scale new heights. The course varies at each location but typically you will be climbing, jumping and swinging from one platform to the next on a variety of equipment from zip slides to swings and rope bridges. You could be scaling heights of 13 meters or higher, depending on the location you choose. Enjoy amazing views and conquer your fears. Don't worry if you haven't done this before as you can take the course at your own pace. After arriving the trained guides will first make sure that you are equipped with your safety kit. They will then carefully supervise your ground level training session before taking you on your memorable adventure.

On arrival at the track you will be given your specialist racing clothing and then a safety briefing before taking to the track. Don't worry if you're a bit nervous - you can take the track at the speed that best suits you.

This one day course has been designed personally by Jean-Christophe to express his passion and creativity with food along with an appreciation for fine wines. Using a range of seasonal produce and ingredients he reveals through his demonstrations the secrets to; soups without potato or starch, chicken & fish dishes, gratins with curry, why, when and where to seasoning, the perfect apple tarte tatin and crazy caramel creations! The course is always inspirational and enlightening and guaranteed to add new dimensions to your cooking. Guests will arrive from 10.30am, where you will be greeted by one of the chefs with tea, coffee and biscuits, for an 11.00am start time. One of Jean-Christophe's chefs, will start the day with demonstrations until approximately midday. This is when Jean-Christophe joins in with a champagne reception and then begins his inspirational demonstrations. Throughout the day you will eat a wide range of dishes, as they are prepared, and Jean-Christophe will share with you personal stories from his life. The experience will finish around 6pm, although they can often overrun. Please note: this day does not include hands on cooking.
