On your arrival at Jim Garrahy's fudge shop you will be provided with an apron, hat and gloves to safely enjoy the fudge making experience up close. You will watch a skilled fudge maker heat the ingredients in a copper cauldron and then pour the fudge on to a marble cooling slab. Next comes the fun part where you will mix, turn and fold the fudge into shape.
