If you're the adventurous type who loves the great outdoors, coasteering or gorge walking will be right up your street! Both of these are very similar with a minor difference, coasteering takes place on the coast and Gorge walking is done in land but both pack loads of fun! You can be a kid once more but this time you're actually encouraged to jump off cliffs, swim in caves and climb sheer rock faces. This is a wacky combination of rock climbing, scrambling, cliff jumping and swimming. When the going gets too steep, it's time to jump and swim the short distance to the next easy climb. As you climb around the cliffs there are caves to explore and wildlife to see. This is a varied and exhilarating experience. The day will begin with an instructor going over the safety aspects of the experience and also the planned route. The experienced instructors will guide your group along the route wearing wetsuits and harnesses to navigate pools of water and steep waterfalls. Instructors will pick the route depending on the weather conditions on the day and the ability of the group. Please note the typical programme will vary slightly for each experience. This experience is a great way to learn about climbing & abseiling experience for kids. Introductory sessions, from a few hours to several days, are ideal for those who want to have a go or who only do it a couple of times a year and want to be shown the best routes. A typical session at this standard will choose straight forward routes to start with, building to ones that will present a bit more of a challenge. Abseiling is often a part of the package and for some people the highlight. For more experienced climbers, let us know what level you are at and what you need to achieve, so we can tailor your adventure from there.

This is a great chance to learn the latest sports craze of snowboarding. Snowboarding was invented in the 1960s in the USA and has grown in popularity around the world ever since. It is essentially skateboarding down a snowy hill but on a board with no wheels! In 1998 it became an Olympic sport where world class riders perform dizzying tricks, however you won't be learning how to do this just yet but if you're wanting to hopefully achieve that level, this lesson is a great place to start. Lessons take place at one of the country's permanent snow all the year round venues. You may be asked to arrive up to half an hour before your appointed lesson time to give you time to collect your equipment and get changed. Then you will have an initial safety briefing and you're off to the slopes. This experience is for all levels and abilities, therefore what you will do during your lesson depends on your ability and the location you choose. After one hour there may be a very short break off the slope to allow different students to join you for the second session.
