Gustav Mahler’s Rheinlegendchen (or little Rhine legend) is a fabulous German folk poem completed in 1893 but published later as part of his songs from Des Knaben Wunderhorn . This version of Rhine Legend has been arranged here for Piano and Upper Voices by Lionel Lethbridge and uses an English translation by Jacqueline Froom.
