The student I originally composed it for continues to study with me and he remembers playing A-Rockin' And A-Rollin' in a recital when he was five! This set has a good beat and a catchy melody and is particularly attractive to males. A fun and challenging assignment is to see if students can come up with their own variation after they have learned the piece.
