Revision Et Doigtes De Louis Fournier-Né en 1749 Jean-Louis Duport commence par étudier la danse le violon avant de s’initier au violoncelle. En 1768 il triomphe au Concert Spirituel puis en 1789 il rejoint son frère à Berlin où il occupe le poste de musicien à la chapelle royale du Roi de Prusse. On lui doit notamment un Essai sur les doigtés du violoncelle et sur la conduite de l’archet .Grâce à lui la technique du violoncelle fait de grands progrès. Les éditions Durand ont rassemblé en deux volumes séparés les 21 exercices dont l’excellent violoncelliste Louis Fournier auteur de nombreux arrangements et transcriptions pour violoncelle nous livre une version avec révision et doigtés.
